21 Degrees Digital is an ambitious, creative-led digital marketing agency based in Leeds. We deliver outstanding web design and digital marketing services that help brands grow with impact. As we continue to expand, we’re looking for a Sales Executive to play a crucial role in our growth journey.
The Role
As our Sales Executive, you’ll be the first point of contact for prospective clients. You’ll handle inbound leads generated through our outreach and marketing campaigns, and proactively identify and pursue new business opportunities. You’ll also manage the end-to-end sales process—from discovery calls to proposal delivery, collaborating with our in-house digital marketing and web development experts to tailor solutions that deliver real value.
This is more than a lead-gen role. You’ll own the sales funnel and drive new client acquisition that supports our agency’s growth.
What You’ll Do
- Manage and respond to inbound sales enquiries across digital channels.
- Source and engage new sales opportunities through outbound efforts.
- Conduct discovery calls to understand potential clients’ needs and goals.
- Collaborate with our team to develop custom proposals and pitch solutions.
- Nurture leads through the sales pipeline to conversion and onboarding.
- Hit sales targets and help shape the growth of the agency.
What We’re Looking For
- Proven experience in sales—ideally in a digital marketing or agency setting.
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
- A driven and motivated self-starter with a consultative sales approach.
- Confidence in running client calls and managing multiple sales conversations.
- Familiarity with CRM tools and sales tracking software.
- UK Driving Licence required (occasional client visits may be necessary).
What You’ll Get
