Anglian Home Improvements is a UK-based home improvement company with over 50 years of experience, producing British-made products and focusing on quality craftsmanship and service. We are looking to expand our team of sales and business development representatives.
What You'll Be Doing
- Be quickly trained to know the products inside out and confidently sell them to customers using your sales abilities.
- Follow up on warm sales leads, visit customers in their homes or use our remote selling framework.
- Give persuasive business development pitches to convert quotes to sales.
- Educate customers about products and services, thinking on your feet and cross-selling where appropriate.
- Work with customers to meet their unique requirements and aim for a right-first-time outcome.
What We're Looking For
- Self-motivated and confident communicating with a variety of customers at senior levels.
- Proactive and results-driven.
- Flexible with varied workloads and working hours.
- Able to provide consistently high levels of customer service.
- Ideally experienced in Home Improvements (or similar).
- Driver with a full UK driving licence and your own car.
