SALES MANAGER / LISTER (ESTATE AGENCY)

Location: Burgess Hill, Mid Sussex

Salary: Competitive Basic + Uncapped Commission= Realistic OTE £50k+

We’re recruiting for a dynamic Sales Manager/Lister to join a thriving and well respected estate agency in Burgess Hill. As the Sales Manager, you’ll collaborate closely with the Sales Director to drive listings, support branch operations, and mentor a dynamic sales team.

What You’ll Be Doing:

✅ Winning new business & securing standout property instructions

✅ Bringing listings to market & keeping sales on track

✅ Supporting branch performance and daily operations

✅ Coaching the team and sharing your sales know-how

✅ Ensuring an exceptional client journey from start to finish

About You:

Proven track record in residential sales

Confident in valuations and securing instructions

Target-driven, self-motivated, and commercially astute

A natural communicator with a people-first approach

Knowledge of Burgess Hill (bonus)

Full UK driving licence (essential)
