Key Account Sales Manager – Activated Carbon Products & Services
Home-Based, UK (with EU Travel) | £60,000 - £80,000 DOE + Bonus + Car/Allowance + Benefits

Are you a commercially driven professional with a technical edge? Have you worked with activated carbon and want to turn that knowledge into impact across clean air, water, and sustainable industries?
We're hiring a Key Account Sales Manager to support our continued European growth. Representing a global leader in activated carbon manufacturing and services, you'll manage and grow key industrial accounts, using your sector knowledge and client-first approach to drive real results across the UK and wider Europe.
What You'll Do
- Manage and grow strategic accounts in water purification, biogas, chemicals, remediation, food & beverage, and more
- Identify and develop new business opportunities across the UK and Europe
- Collaborate with regional EMEA teams and distribution partners to strengthen market presence
- Deliver value-led technical solutions that solve complex customer challenges
- Travel across Europe (25–50%) for customer visits, industry events, and training
- Represent a high-quality portfolio of activated carbon products and services
What You’ll Bring
- 3+ years of sales management experience in activated carbon or a closely related technical field
- Background in chemistry, process engineering, filtration, or equivalent technical expertise
- Strong understanding of key markets: air filtration, water, wastewater, chemicals, or environmental remediation
- Track record of developing key accounts and delivering commercial success
- Experience working with agents/distributors to expand reach and influence
- A self-starter attitude—entrepreneurial, analytical, and results-oriented
- Fluent English; other European languages are a plus
