First-class quality, innovations and our own design and development department for high-quality paper packaging make us an ideal partner for private labels as well as well-known brand manufacturers in the cosmetics and luxury goods industry. About the Role

We are looking for two highly proactive sales colleagues for Paper Packaging (B2B) in England.

Responsibilities

• Strengthening and improving the company\'s market position by acquiring, maintaining and developing new customers to grow and achieve sales targets.
• Build strong and effective business relations with the customer base.
• Managing sales and supporting processes to ensure company profitability.
• Working cross-functionally with the team in Europe and with our colleagues in China.
• Reporting sales activities weekly and monthly.
• Business travel to customer and to our market related fair or event

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years B2B sales and marketing experience, ideally in the packaging industry (customers are sectors like cosmetics, fragrance, wine & spirits, pharmaceuticals, consumer electronics).

Required Skills

• Demonstrated strong verbal and written communication skills in the domestic/allocated country and in English
• Solid computer skills using MS office software
• EU-Driving license
• Excellent presentation, facilitation, and consultation skills
• Ability to meet and exceed goals and targets
