What will you do?
- Serve as the main contact for one of Atlas Copco’s brands – Edwards, a leading vacuum equipment manufacturer.
- Handle complex order-related queries from customers across various industries, coordinating with sales, service, technical support, logistics, product managers, and finance teams to ensure excellent customer service.
- Communicate effectively with customers and partners via written and spoken channels.
- Manage customer orders, delivery schedules, and escalate issues to ensure timely delivery.
- Assist the Sales team with quotations, providing product availability and pricing information.
- Manage service orders in SAP, coordinate with field service teams, and advise on aftersales and return processes.
- Collaborate with teammates to provide top-tier support to business partners.
Who are we looking for?
- Fluent in English; knowledge of Polish, French, Italian, or Spanish is a plus.
- Excellent communication skills and team-oriented mindset.
- Energetic, patient, and problem-solving oriented.
- Capable of working under stress and managing multiple priorities.
- Knowledge of SAP or other administrative tools is advantageous.
