Sales Operations Executive (Part-Time / 22,5 hours)

Job Purpose

Supporting internal sales function by sales order processing and providing accurate quotations.

Responsibilities

  • Responsible for daily order loading and quote activity, including any electronic order processing

  • To support all aspects of the sales activity to help the business achieve both team and company targets

  • Priorities own tasks to ensure agreed deadline or SLA is achieved

  • Ownership of customer queries in an efficient and professional manner to an early resolution

  • Develop strong relationships with Internal Sales

  • Escalate any issues in a timely manner to the Sales Operations Team Leader or Manager

  • SAP R3 (preferable)
