Sales Order Processing Administrator - Loughton
We are growing our team and have an exciting new opportunity to join us as a Sales Order Processing Administrator. You will be focused on ensuring all orders are created and processed accurately, supporting a smooth order fulfillment process. Experience in order processing and supply chain management is preferred.
This role is based in our Loughton offices, initially on a 5-day week for the first 6 months, then transitioning to 3 days in the office and 2 days remote.
Reporting to the SOP Team Leader, your responsibilities will include:
- Order Preparation and Administration: Preparing order paperwork and managing all order types to support revenue objectives.
- Order Review: Ensuring all submitted orders meet quality and compliance standards.
- Order Fulfillment: Managing all activities from demand to delivery for the NUK Business, including customer enquiries.
- Order Creation and Amendments: Creating accurate orders in CRM and ERP systems, including equipment, software, and services; making amendments and processing cancellations as needed.
- Process Documentation: Keeping all processes and procedures up-to-date.
- Inventory Management: Collaborating with Sales & Marketing to maintain accurate forecasts, stock levels, and automate purchasing where possible.
- Reporting: Generating regular KPI reports on order processing, forecast accuracy, and vendor performance.
Qualifications and skills required include:
- Significant experience in B2B order processing and managing legal documents.
- Proficiency in data entry across multiple systems.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
- Experience with Materials Replenishment Planning (MRP).
- Understanding of supply chain planning cycles; experience with ERP systems (SAP preferred).
- Excellent communication skills and customer service orientation.
- Experience with SFDC, Siebel, SAP, and Business Base is advantageous.
