About the role
We are looking for a Salesforce Administrator with experience across a variety of GTM systems and business processes in a SaaS company to join our team at Webflow. This role will focus on customizing, automating, auditing, troubleshooting, and optimizing the processes within the systems we use. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with Salesforce, Marketo, Outreach, Gong, Clari, Ironclad, and Zendesk, as well as iPaaS tools like Workato.

The cash compensation for this role is tailored to align with the cost of labor in different geographic markets. The specific base pay within this range will be determined by the candidate’s geographic location, job-related experience, knowledge, qualifications, and skills. United States (all figures cited below are in USD and pertain to workers in the United States).
- Zone A: $96,000 – $127,000
- Zone B: $90,000 – $119,000
- Zone C: $84,000 – $111,000
This role is also eligible to participate in Webflow\'s company-wide bonus program. Target amounts are a percentage of base salary and vary by career level. Payouts are based on company performance against established financial and operational goals. Responsibilities
- Serve as Tier 1 support for GTM systems.
- Troubleshoot system, process, and integration issues across GTM platforms.
- Maintain process and system documentation for GTM workflows.
- Configure, optimize, and maintain GTM solutions to drive efficiency and performance.
- Implement system changes in partnership with BSAs, Developers, and Solutions Architects.
- Safeguard system security, data integrity, and performance.
- Stay current with platform releases, GTM best practices, and industry trends.

About you
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field.
- 3+ years of experience as an Admin or BSA for GTM systems in a SaaS environment.
- Proven expertise with Salesforce and related GTM tools such as Clari, Marketo, Outreach, and Ironclad.
- Strong understanding of SaaS business models.
- Clear communicator with a customer service mindset, able to field and resolve inquiries from a wide range of stakeholders.
- Excellent analytical skills with proven troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities.
- Business-level fluency in English (reading, writing, speaking).
You’ll thrive as a Salesforce Administrator if you:
- Have experience with iPaaS tools (e.g., Workato).
- Have hands-on experience with Salesforce CPQ or Revenue Cloud.
- Are familiar with Agile methodologies and tools such as JIRA and Confluence.
