- Strategic ownership: act as the Marketing Cloud product owner, shaping architecture, governance, and integrations across the Salesforce suite and wider tech ecosystem.
- Cross‑functional exposure: collaborate with marketing, customer operations, IT, and data teams to deliver seamless, data‑driven customer experiences.

- Lead requirements gathering, solution design, and integration with Data Cloud and CRM.
- Ensure compliance with data privacy regulations and maintain robust security protocols.
- Drive continuous improvement through analytics and insights, leveraging tools like Google Analytics, Datorama, and Tableau.
What we’re looking for
- Proven expertise in Salesforce Marketing Cloud (Email Studio, Journey Builder, Automation Studio) and strong technical skills in AMPscript, HTML, CSS, and SQL.
- Experience with API integrations, data extensions, and Salesforce ecosystem tools (Data Cloud, CRM).
- Strategic mindset with the ability to influence stakeholders and communicate complex concepts clearly.
- Background in large‑scale organisations or consultancy/vendor environments.
- Understanding of customer segmentation, lifecycle marketing, and multi‑channel campaigns.
- Location: Hybrid, minimum of 1 day a month to one of their UK offices (London, Edinburgh, Birmingham, Norwich, Luton).
- Flexibility: open to 4‑day weeks and flexible hours.
- Interview process: two stages.
