Overview Make-A-Wish UK is looking for a skilled and mission-driven Salesforce Developer to lead the development, administration, and optimisation of our Salesforce ecosystem. You’ll play a pivotal role in enhancing platform functionality, supporting cross-team operations, and driving innovation across our digital estate. Your Impact:

Administer and configure Salesforce to meet evolving business needs Build custom apps using Apex, Visualforce & Lightning Components Integrate Salesforce with FormAssembly, Experience Cloud, Django CMS, and other platforms Support users with training, onboarding, and troubleshooting Collaborate in agile sprints and strategic projects, including hackathons Ensure data integrity, compliance, and reporting excellence Contribute to innovation initiatives, including AI-driven projects

What You’ll Bring:

2+ years in Salesforce Admin/Dev roles (ideally in non-profit) Salesforce certification or proven hands-on experience Experience with NPSP, Experience Cloud, JIRA, Bitbucket, and GDPR compliance Familiarity with APIs, CMS platforms, and cloud services (Azure/AWS) Strong communication, problem-solving, and stakeholder engagement skills Ability to work independently in an agile, hybrid environment Salesforce (Apex, LWC, Flow Builder, Process Builder) Cloudflare, DNS, OWASP frameworks
