Yolk Recruitment is seeking an experienced Salesforce Developer to join a dynamic and growing global organization. This hybrid role offers an exciting opportunity to work on cutting-edge Salesforce solutions that directly impact business operations and customer engagement. As a key member of the development team, you will be responsible for designing, building, and customizing Salesforce platforms to align with strategic business objectives.

The ideal candidate will have at least 5 years of hands-on experience as a Salesforce Developer, demonstrating proficiency in Apex, Visualforce, and Lightning Web Components. A strong understanding of Salesforce architecture, security, and performance optimization is essential.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, test, and deploy Salesforce solutions including Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Components, and Lightning Web Components (LWC).
• Configure Salesforce with Flows, Validation Rules, and Page Layouts to meet specific business requirements.
• Build and maintain integrations with external systems utilizing APIs and middleware tools such as MuleSoft.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues in both development and production environments to ensure platform stability.
• Translate complex business needs into effective technical designs and solutions.
• Support and implement new Salesforce features and releases, assessing their relevance and potential impact on existing systems.
• Collaborate with Product Owners, Business Analysts, QA teams, and fellow developers to ensure seamless project delivery.
• Participate in code reviews, knowledge sharing sessions, and documentation efforts to promote best practices and maintain high standards.
