About The Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Salesforce Developer to join a dynamic and expanding global organization. This hybrid role offers an excellent opportunity for an experienced professional to contribute to the ongoing development and optimization of the company's Salesforce platform. The successful candidate will be responsible for designing, building, and customizing Salesforce solutions that align with business objectives, improve user experience, and maximize platform efficiency.

You will work closely with cross-functional teams to translate business requirements into technical solutions, ensuring seamless integration and high-quality delivery. This role provides a chance to be part of a collaborative environment where innovation and continuous improvement are valued, supporting the company's growth and technological advancement.

Qualifications

• Possess a minimum of 5 years of hands-on experience as a Salesforce Developer, with a strong background in Apex, Visualforce, and Lightning Web Components.
• Relevant Salesforce certifications such as Platform Developer I are essential, with additional certifications like Developer II or Architect being advantageous.
• Proficiency in integrating Salesforce with external systems via REST and SOAP APIs, as well as experience with middleware tools like MuleSoft, is required.
• Candidates should have practical knowledge of Experience Cloud customization and configuration, along with a solid understanding of Salesforce security, governor limits, and performance optimization.
• Familiarity with JavaScript for building custom UIs, version control systems like Git or Bitbucket, and project management tools such as JIRA and Confluence is also necessary.

Responsibilities

• Designing, developing, testing, and deploying Salesforce solutions using Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Components, and Lightning Web Components.
• Configuring Salesforce environments with Flows, Validation Rules, and Page Layouts to meet evolving business needs.
• Building and maintaining integrations with external systems via APIs and middleware to ensure smooth data flow and system interoperability.
• Troubleshooting and resolving issues in both development and production environments to maintain platform stability and performance.
