About The Role
Yolk Recruitment is seeking an experienced Salesforce Developer to join a forward-thinking, global organization operating on a hybrid work model. This role offers an exciting opportunity to work on complex Salesforce projects, driving technological innovation and enhancing business capabilities. As a key member of the development team, you will be responsible for designing, building, and customizing Salesforce solutions that align with strategic objectives. The ideal candidate will possess a strong technical background, a proactive approach to problem-solving, and the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams. This position provides a platform to demonstrate your expertise, influence platform enhancements, and contribute to the overall success of the company's Salesforce ecosystem.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Salesforce Developer, with a proven track record of delivering high-quality solutions.
- Salesforce Platform Developer I certification; additional certifications such as Developer II or Architect are advantageous.
- Proficiency in Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Components, and Lightning Web Components (LWC).
- Experience integrating Salesforce with external systems via REST/SOAP APIs or middleware platforms like MuleSoft.
- Familiarity with Experience Cloud customization, Salesforce security, governor limits, and performance optimization.
- Skills in JavaScript, version control (Git or Bitbucket), and project management tools such as JIRA and Confluence.
- Knowledge of agile methodologies, Salesforce DevOps processes, and data migration tools like Data Loader or ETL is highly desirable.
Responsibilities
- Design, develop, test, and deploy Salesforce solutions using Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Components, and Lightning Web Components.
- Configure Salesforce with flows, validation rules, and page layouts to meet evolving business requirements.
- Build and maintain integrations with external systems through APIs and middleware tools.
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues in development and production environments to ensure platform stability and performance.
- Translate business needs into technical designs; assess and implement enhancements for new Salesforce features and releases.
- Collaborate with Product Owners, Business Analysts, QA teams, and other developers to deliver high-quality, scalable solutions.
- Participate in code reviews, knowledge sharing sessions, and documentation efforts.
