Overview

We’re looking for a Salesforce Developer to help turn around a struggling Salesforce implementation. You’ll diagnose, clean up, and rebuild where needed. This is an outside IR35 role, remote for UK-based candidates.

Location: Remote (Only UK Citizens will be considered)

Responsibilities

• Conduct a full health check of the existing Salesforce org
• Identify and resolve issues in automation (Flows, Process Builder, Apex triggers, etc.)
• Clean up and reconfigure objects, permissions, validation rules, layouts, and more
• Refactor or rebuild areas of technical debt or poor implementation
• Work closely with stakeholders to clarify business processes and user needs
• Improve reliability, performance, and user experience across the platform
• Support any integration cleanups (e.g., external systems, email, data sources)

Key Skills

• Proven experience cleaning up / remediating poorly implemented Salesforce orgs
• Strong admin background plus confidence writing or refactoring Apex
• Ability to work independently and suggest improvements, not just take tickets
• Excellent communication skills – ability to talk to end users and stakeholders
• Certified Admin + ideally Platform Developer I (or equivalent experience)
