Yolk Recruitment is seeking an experienced Salesforce Developer to join a forward-thinking global organization that is heavily investing in its Salesforce capabilities. The successful candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and customizing Salesforce solutions that align with business objectives, enhance user experience, and maximize platform utilization. You will work closely with cross-functional teams including Product Owners, Business Analysts, QA, and other developers to deliver high-quality, scalable solutions. This role not only involves hands-on development but also includes contributing to best practices, knowledge sharing, and continuous improvement initiatives across the Salesforce team.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, test, and deploy Salesforce solutions including Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Components, and Lightning Web Components (LWC).
• Configure Salesforce with Flows, Validation Rules, and Page Layouts to meet specific business requirements.
• Build and maintain integrations with external systems using APIs and middleware tools such as MuleSoft.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues encountered in both development and production environments to ensure system stability.
• Translate complex business requirements into effective technical designs and solutions.
• Support the implementation of new Salesforce features and releases by assessing their impact and executing relevant enhancements.
• Collaborate closely with Product Owners, Business Analysts, QA teams, and fellow developers to deliver high-quality solutions on time and within scope.
• Participate in code reviews, knowledge sharing sessions, and maintain comprehensive documentation to promote team learning and system maintainability.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Salesforce Developer with strong command of Apex, Visualforce, and Lightning Web Components (LWC).
• Proven expertise in integrating Salesforce with external systems via REST/SOAP APIs or middleware such as MuleSoft.
• Hands-on experience with Experience Cloud customization and configuration, with a solid understanding of Salesforce security, governor limits, and performance optimization techniques.
• Proficiency in JavaScript and building custom UIs on the Lightning platform.
• Familiarity with version control systems like Bitbucket or Git, and project management tools such as JIRA and Confluence.
• Salesforce certifications, particularly Platform Developer I; additional certifications like Developer II or Architect are advantageous.
• Knowledge of agile methodologies, Salesforce DevOps processes, and data migration tools like Data Loader or ETL.
