Responsibilities
- Gather requirements and conduct workshops with key business stakeholders.
- Translate business needs into Salesforce solutions and perform necessary data mapping, collaborating with technical teams and business units as needed.
- Customize, configure, and manipulate Salesforce functionalities to meet business requirements.
- Involved in UAT, feature/sprint reviews, and support the adoption of new solutions.
- Maintain the security, integrity, and overall health of the Salesforce platform.
- Uphold and recommend Salesforce best practices.
- Provide ongoing support, troubleshoot issues, and ensure follow‑through until resolution.
- Proactively recommend new features, improvements, and upgrades to optimize our implementation.
- Use customer insights to guide business initiatives.
- Ensure best practice customer initiatives are adopted and effectively applied.
- Deliver exceptional customer service to internal and external stakeholders, in line with company guidelines, regulatory obligations, and SLAs.
- Handle confidential information in accordance with company and partner protocols and procedures.
- Maintain high standards of customer relationship management.
- Ensure all contact and interactions are of the highest standards, communicating clearly and appropriately with all stakeholders.
- Collaborate with and provide regular reporting and updates to key stakeholders across the Cover‑More Group.
- Ensure all communication aligns with the delivery of our Brand Promise to stakeholders.
Qualifications
- Proven experience as a Salesforce Consultant, Functional Consultant, or Business Analyst.
- Ideally hold Salesforce Certifications.
- Applied experience, particularly with Service Cloud implementations and integrations.
- Strong knowledge of Salesforce best practices, configuration, data modelling, UI design, and process design.
- Proven ability to work in a complex Salesforce environment, utilizing problem‑solving skills to determine best fit solutions.
