Data Solution Architect – Selective Data Transition / SDT

Responsibilities

• Engage with Data Management colleagues, internal/external project teams, and 3rd party providers to design, implement, and quality assure our inhouse Data Migration technology, the Natuvion DCS tool, and related offerings.
• Support fast internal capability and capacity growth of SDT teams; continuously improve methodology, knowledge base, and delivery speed.
• Oversee SDT delivery quality across onshore, nearshore, offshore resources and 3rd party partners within scope and budget.
• Contribute to pre-sales and deal review processes to define future project roadmaps, scope, and commercial offerings for the Data workstream.
• Lead and coordinate integrated workshops for the Data workstream; deliver roadmaps, scope, and knowledge sessions to customers to ensure clarity on the journey to value from SDT solutions.
• Act as Data Migration design authority on SDT projects; generate consulting revenue from related activities.
• Maintain pace with new SDT technologies; share and communicate expert knowledge to develop others and improve processes.
• Be hands-on and support Data Migration Consultants when required.
• Lead data stream health check workshops to identify improvements and define delivery roadmaps as needed.
• Identify opportunities for repeat/extended data service offerings and assist in growing NTT DATA IP opportunities.

Required Skills/Abilities

• Strong background in Selective Data Transformation and Data Migration with demonstrable technical expertise.
• Adept at technically leading Data Migration teams through complex SAP Data transformation projects and delivering real client value.
• Excellent communication and influencing skills; act as a trusted advisor in solution architecture.
• Proven track record of delivering customer projects and resolving complex architecture problems; capable of making solid decisions in complex environments.
• Strong interpersonal skills to build relationships with stakeholders globally and with partners; be a trusted advisor in the field.
• Gravitas and integrity; ability to navigate unforeseen situations while keeping business objectives in mind.
• Experience across delivery projects including advisory, solution reviews, PoCs, S/4HANA conversions with Data Transformation, and Mergers/Carve-Outs; data quality focus.
• Contribute to team capability and growth; mentor talent within the practice.
• Broad ABAP experience with deep knowledge of ABAP-based data selection and transformation logic; strong SAP table structure knowledge.

Personal Profile/Experience

• Minimum 10 years of consulting experience with at least 5 years in Selective Data Transition / Data Migration.
• Proven SDT solution design/architecture experience with at least 5 full project lifecycles.
• Experience leading multi-disciplinary data teams (nearshore, offshore, 3rd party) and managing complex SAP projects; strong client value delivery.
• Proven ability to deliver customer projects and resolve complex data-related issues.
