SAP HCM Consultant - 6 month Contract - Reading - Hybrid

Client & Project: Seeking an SAP HCM Consultant to join a UK-based Aerospace & Defence S/4HANA Greenfield Programme

Responsibilities As an S/4HANA HCM Consultant, you will:

• ️ Design, build, test, and deploy HCM functionality
  Define and deliver SAP solutions to ensure efficiency, compliance, and delivery excellence
  Act as a subject matter expert, guiding the team and making key decisions
  Engage with multiple teams, resolve challenges, and influence programme-wide outcomes
  

Required Expertise

• Expert in SAP HCM Personnel Administration (PA)
  Expert in SAP HCM Organizational Management (OM) & Timesheet functionality
  Strong knowledge of Human Capital Management (HCM) applications
  Intermediate proficiency in SAP Project System (PS) integration
  ️ Aerospace & Defence experience (preferred)
  

Key Focus Areas

• Implement & support HR Employee Mini-Master and Time Recording
  ️ Optimise SAP Timesheet processes for operational efficiency
  Facilitate training sessions & workshops to share best practices
  Track and report on project progress with transparency
  Maintain comprehensive documentation to support deliverables & compliance

Key Requirements

• Active SC Clearance – mandatory - Please note, DV cleared is NOT the same as SC cleared.
  ️ Strong expertise in SAP HCM (PA, OM, Timesheet, HR Mini-Master)
  Excellent communication skills alongside deep technical knowledge
  Location: Client office in Reading (Hybrid, 2 days per week)
  Travel expenses to office covered
  

Rate

• £410/day (PAYE)
  £543/day (Umbrella
