Overview

Seasoned SAP Human Capital Management (HCM) and Payroll (PY) Subject Matter Expert with a focus on UK Payroll to join on a contract basis. 100% remote in UK.

Responsibilities

• Provide SAP HCM and Payroll subject matter expertise to support UK Payroll implementations and deployments.
• Engage in at least four full SAP lifecycle implementations or system upgrades and participate in ongoing support packs.
• Assist in integrating SAP ECC HCM with other SAP products and third-party systems using tools such as SAP CPI.
• Mentor and support less experienced team members.
• Work with SAP technical modules like Basis, Security, SAP PI, and SAP Workflows as needed.

Qualifications

• Extensive hands-on implementation experience with core SAP ECC HCM modules, including Personnel Administration, Organization Management, Time Management, and SAP UK Payroll.
• Experience with other SAP ECC HCM modules such as Personnel Management, Training & Event Management, and Performance Management.
• Exposure to ABAP with hands-on programming experience preferred.
• Experience integrating SAP ECC HCM with other SAP products and third-party systems using SAP CPI.
• Participation in at least four full SAP lifecycle implementations or system upgrades.
• Experience with at least two rounds of support packs.
• Proven ability to support and mentor less experienced team members.
• Exposure to SAP technical modules like Basis, Security, and SAP PI.
• Familiarity with SAP Workflows.
