Job Overview

We have a fantastic new opportunity for an individual to join our team of SAP consultants as part of the RunSAP Logistics Team. The primary responsibilities include 3rd level incident support, problem analysis and resolution, and delivering SAP enhancements. The role requires strong interpersonal skills, teamwork, and excellent customer relations. Personal organization and prioritization skills are essential, along with adaptability to changing demands. A desire to deliver first-class solutions and build trusted customer relationships is crucial.

Training will be provided for all systems required to perform the role.

Due to client requirements, SC level Security clearance is mandatory. We can only consider candidates who are British Nationals and have lived continuously in the UK for the last 5 years. Dual nationals are currently not eligible.

What You Will Be Doing

• Advising and supporting customers as SAP SME for Production Planning (PP), supporting SAP configuration and business processes. Acting as 3rd line support to resolve incidents and problems.
• Building effective working relationships with colleagues and customers.
• Gathering and analyzing requirements, defining, validating, and designing solutions.
• Translating requirements into functional specifications and detailing SAP configurations.
• Implementing ABAP changes and security requirements.
• Developing and executing test plans.
• Establishing implementation and cutover plans, and educating customers for ongoing support.

Identifying innovation initiatives to improve customer solutions and internal processes.

We’re Looking For People Who Have

• Strong knowledge of SAP configuration and business processes in Production Planning (PP) / Asset Management, with proven SAP PP experience.
• Strong numeracy, verbal, and literacy skills.
• Proficiency in Outlook and MS Office.
• Excellent personal and time management skills.
• Ability to work independently and in a team.
• Ability to meet challenging deadlines under pressure.
• Self-management skills to meet business requirements.
• Excellent interpersonal skills.
• Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities.

Desirable Skills

• SAP Certification or willingness to pursue it.
