Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end SAP S/4HANA project delivery with focus on Finance modules
• Manage complex SAP implementations using SAP Activate methodology
• Coordinate cross-functional teams across technical and business stakeholders
• Utilize SAP delivery tools (Solution Manager, SAP Cloud ALM) for project execution
• Translate business requirements into effective SAP implementation strategies
• Manage project timelines, budgets, and risks for successful delivery

Essential Requirements

• SAP Technical Expertise:
  • Proven experience managing SAP S/4HANA implementations (not just upgrades)
  • Deep knowledge of SAP Finance modules (FI/CO) and ERP finance processes
  • Hands-on experience with SAP delivery methodologies (SAP Activate/ASAP)
  • Working knowledge of SAP delivery tools and integration challenges
  • Understanding of SAP module integration and technical dependencies
• Project Management:
  • 5-7 years SAP project delivery experience (functional consultant to PM transition welcome)
  • Strong stakeholder management across technical and business teams
  • Experience working with Finance teams on SAP transformations
  • Proven track record managing budgets, timelines, and project risks

Highly Desirable

• Renewable energy or utilities sector experience
• Background as SAP functional consultant or technical PM
• Experience with SAP partner organizations or major system integrators
• SAP certifications or relevant project management qualifications
• Previous work with large-scale enterprise SAP implementations
