Your Profile

Essential skills/knowledge/experience: (Up to 10, Avoid repetition)

  • S/4 HANA LSP Implementation Experience, Strong background in 3rd Party Logistics (3PL) integration
  • Expertise in SAP S/4 HANA LSP functionalities, including configuration, customization, and troubleshooting.
  • Strong understanding of SAP integration tools and Middleware, such as SAP PI/PO, IDocs, EDI, and APIs for 3PL connectivity.
  • Familiarity with SAP modules relevant to pharmaceutical logistics: Warehouse Management (WM/EWM), Transportation Management (TM), Materials Management (MM), and Quality Management (QM).
  • Knowledge of serialization, track & trace, and cold chain compliance in pharmaceutical distribution is a plus.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to translate technical concepts for business audiences and vice versa

Your responsibilities

  • SAP S/4 HANA Implementation & Support: Lead or support end-to-end implementation of SAP S/4 HANA solutions with a special focus on Logistics Execution and Supply Chain Management (SCM) modules, particularly Logistics Service Provider (LSP) functionalities.
  • 3PL Integration: Design, configure, and optimize S/4 HANA processes to seamlessly integrate with third-party logistics providers (3PL), ensuring timely, accurate, and compliant material movement across the supply chain.
  • Pharmaceutical Compliance: Ensure all processes adhere to regulatory requirements such as cGMP, FDA, EU, and other regional standards governing pharmaceutical manufacturing and distribution.
  • Process Optimization: Analyze current logistics and distribution processes, identify pain points, and recommend or deploy improvements leveraging S/4 HANA best practices.
  • Stakeholder Engagement: Liaise with internal stakeholders (Operations, Quality, Regulatory, IT) and external partners (3PLs, vendors) to gather requirements, map business processes, and communicate technical solutions.
  • Data Management & Reporting: Develop and maintain reporting and analytics solutions to ensure end-to-end visibility of goods movement, inventory, and compliance metrics.
  • Testing & Validation: Draft and execute test scripts, conduct user acceptance testing (UAT), and validate all solutions in accordance with pharmaceutical quality standards and documentation requirements.
  • Training & Documentation: Prepare training materials, conduct user training sessions, and develop comprehensive documentation of system configurations, standard operating procedures (SOPs), and process flows.
  • Continuous Improvement: Proactively monitor system performance, troubleshoot issues, and implement enhancements to achieve operational excellence.
