10-12 years in SAP Payroll, 3-5 years of full lifecycle SAP ECP projects Strong configuration, schema, and rule development experience Knowledge of payroll cycles, wage types, hiring/termination, benefits Familiar with Employee Central fundamentals, data maintenance, time management, RBPs Experience with replication, field mappings, CPI UK payroll regulations and complex industry experience (public sector, retail, manufacturing)
