Job Description:

Whitehall Resources is seeking a Senior SAP Test Analyst with S/4HANA experience to join a long-standing UK-based client on a permanent basis. This hybrid role is based in the East Midlands.

This senior position involves ownership of the test strategy within a major SAP transformation project. You will lead quality assurance efforts across the enterprise-wide S/4HANA implementation, collaborating with program leadership, technical teams, and system integrators to ensure high-quality delivery across S/4HANA, SuccessFactors, EWM HANA, and SAP BTP Integration Services.

Key requirements include:

• Experience delivering testing strategies for SAP S/4HANA migrations
• Strong background in SAP quality assurance and automation frameworks
• Experience overseeing SIT, UAT, and performance testing phases
• Hands-on expertise with test tools such as Tricentis or UI Path
• A collaborative, stakeholder-focused approach to testing leadership

Desirable skills and responsibilities:

• Owning the testing strategy for a multi-year, enterprise-wide SAP program
• Defining and implementing automation frameworks across S/4HANA and related platforms
• Mentoring quality advocates and shaping testing best practices
