Responsibilities

  • Grant sourcing & applications
  • Identify national, EU, and global research grants and funding opportunities
  • Write and submit competitive grant applications in collaboration with our scientific and clinical teams
  • Manage reporting requirements and compliance post-award
  • Clinical study support & administration
  • Support setup, documentation, and coordination of clinical trials and research collaborations
  • Act as the liaison between our internal teams, academic partners, and corporate collaborators
  • Track milestones, deliverables, and timelines across multiple projects
  • Science project management
    • Coordinate joint projects with universities and life science companies
    • Oversee research-related documentation, IRB/ethics submissions, and data collection workflows
    • Ensure efficiency and compliance while enabling scientific excellence
  • Innovation & efficiency
    • Use modern AI tools (literature review, drafting, project management, grant monitoring) to maximize productivity
    • Continuously improve internal processes around research and funding

Requirements

  • PhD (or equivalent research background) in health sciences, life sciences, biomedical engineering, digital health, or related field
  • Proven experience in grant writing with a track record of successful applications (EU Horizon, NIH, national agencies, foundations)
  • Strong scientific writing and communication skills in English
  • Experience with clinical research administration (protocols, ethics submissions, reporting)
  • Organized, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple projects simultaneously
  • Ability to build and maintain relationships with academics, clinicians, and corporate partners
  • Comfortable working independently in a remote-first, international environment
  • Bonus: Familiarity with digital therapeutics, MSK research, or health economics
