Role Overview

We are seeking a data-driven and strategic SEM Specialist to lead our paid search initiatives. This role is pivotal in driving user acquisition, optimizing our online presence, and contributing to Clinked's growth objectives.

Key Responsibilities

• Campaign Management: Plan, execute, and optimize paid search campaigns across platforms like Google Ads and Bing Ads to drive qualified traffic and conversions.
• Keyword Research: Conduct in-depth keyword research to identify opportunities and inform campaign strategies.
• Performance Analysis: Monitor and analyze campaign performance metrics, providing actionable insights to improve ROI.
• A/B Testing: Implement and manage A/B tests on ad creatives and landing pages to enhance campaign effectiveness.
• Collaboration: Work closely with the content and design teams to ensure cohesive messaging and branding across all paid channels.
• Budget Management: Manage and allocate budgets effectively, ensuring optimal spend and performance.
• Reporting: Generate regular reports on campaign performance, trends, and insights for stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Experience: 2+ years in SEM roles, preferably within SaaS or tech companies.
• Skills: Proficiency in Google Ads, Bing Ads, and analytics tools like Google Analytics. Strong analytical skills and experience with A/B testing.
• Education: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field.
• Attributes: Detail-oriented, proactive, and adaptable to a fast-paced environment.
