Security Engineer | South West / Berkshire | Up to £37,000

A hands-on installation/ Service role focused on delivering top-quality security systems to high-net-worth homes and commercial properties across Berkshire and the surrounding South West region.

Key Responsibilities

  • Installation of CCTV, Access Control, and Intruder Alarm systems
  • Occasional service and small works (approx. 60% high-net-worth residential / 40% commercial)
  • Commissioning and full system handovers
  • Liaising with control room operators to ensure smooth integration and operation
  • Maintaining on-site safety and quality standards
  • Participating in the on-call rota when required

What You’ll Need

  • Proven experience installing CCTV, Access Control, and Intruder Alarm systems
  • Strong ability to work independently across Berkshire and nearby areas
  • Excellent communication and client service skills, particularly with private customers
  • Eligibility to pass a high-level vetting process (essential for working on high-value sites)
