Responsibilities

• Lead and evolve our third‑party risk management (TPRM) programme, performing security risk assessments for vendors to identify and mitigate risks.
• Manage and enhance our company‑wide security awareness programme, delivering engaging training and fostering a strong security‑conscious culture.
• Contribute during internal and external security audits, gathering evidence and formulating clear responses for auditor and regulator inquiries.
• Analyze and report on key security metrics and risk indicators (KRIs), identifying trends to measure programme effectiveness and inform decisions.
• Provide hands‑on support on Security Operations, assisting with incident triage, analysis, and other operational duties.
• Support incident response by providing risk context and ensuring activities align with our risk posture.
• Stay current with the evolving threat landscape, industry trends, and new regulations to proactively manage emerging cyber risks.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of hands‑on experience in Cyber Risk, GRC, or Information Security focusing on risk management and compliance.
• Deep expertise in operating within an ISMS and applying frameworks such as ISO 27001, NIST CSF, SOC 2.
• Proven experience in conducting risk assessments and managing risks through the lifecycle.
• Experience applying and advising on security policies and standards for effective control implementation.
• Experience managing or contributing significantly to a TPRM program.
• Proven experience managing internal and external audits.
• Excellent communication and influencing skills, articulating complex concepts clearly to technical and non‑technical audiences.
• Ability to collaborate across teams and build relationships with Procurement, Legal, and Compliance stakeholders.
• A pragmatic, business‑focused approach to risk management.

Nice to Have

• Relevant industry certifications (CISM, CRISC, CISA, CISSP).
• Experience with GRC and TPRM tooling.
• Familiarity with security operations tools such as SIEM and EDR platforms.
• Experience automating compliance evidence collection and reporting.
• Experience in FinTech or regulated environments.
