Security Operations Lead, CISSP, CISM, SOC Manager, Remote

We are seeking a Security Operations Lead to oversee the Global IT Security department for a professional services company. The role is primarily remote with occasional travel to Central London and Europe, all expenses paid.

This position requires a versatile professional comfortable with a dynamic environment. Experience in security management, technical IT roles, and a strong understanding of security principles are essential. The role involves managing security incidents, leading a team, and ensuring operational security standards are met.

• Approximately 5 years of experience in information security management or related fields.
• Qualifications such as CISSP or CISM.
• High personal integrity and willingness to undergo vetting processes.
• Background in technical IT roles with expertise in security systems and controls.
• Knowledge of security risks, operational processes, and legal aspects related to IT security.
• Strong interpersonal, communication, and leadership skills.
• Experience in planning, organizing, and managing security projects and teams.
• Understanding of data and physical security legalities.
