Technical Manager – Security Systems

Location: London & Home Counties

We are seeking an experienced and driven Technical Manager in the London area to lead the delivery of cutting-edge integrated security solutions (CCTV, Access Control & Intruder Alarms). This is a senior leadership role overseeing technical strategy, design, commissioning, and operational excellence within a growing organisation.

About the Role

• Lead the development and implementation of advanced IP CCTV, access control, and enterprise-level integrated security platforms.
• Oversee project design, commissioning, and quality assurance, ensuring compliance with ISO 9001 and NSI Gold standards.
• Drive technical innovation, training programs, and skill development across the engineering team.
• Provide technical leadership during complex system deployments, ensuring customer satisfaction and operational efficiency.

About You

• Significant experience in the security industry
• Proven expertise in the design, delivery, and support of enterprise security solutions.
• Strong knowledge of leading systems, with brands such as Gallagher, C-Cure 9000, Milestone, Axis, and Avigilon.
• Excellent leadership, mentoring, and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience working with high-profile clients across a variety of sectors
