Co-op is seeking a Self-Employed Estate Planning Consultant in Buckinghamshire, England, United Kingdom.Self-employed Estate Planning Consultant with uncapped commission-based earnings and benefits including flexibility to manage your own workload and IT equipment provided.We are looking for experienced estate planning consultants to cover various locations across the UK. As a self-employed consultant, you will have the flexibility to manage your own workload, with client appointments mainly conducted through video call (national) and home visits (local).ResponsibilitiesAttend appointments generated by the companyGain referrals and self-generate at least 50% of new businessDiscuss the benefits of estate planning and legal services products, including Wills, LPAs, Trusts, and probate servicesDeliver talks and seminars to community groups covering later life legal products and servicesWork closely with customers to identify needs and take accurate instructions to meet their needsCapture customers' instructions using our in-house Estate Planning Assistant softwareRequirementsProven estate planning or will writing experience, trained to the standard of IPW or SWW, or legally qualified through CILEXExcellent interpersonal skills with an empathetic nature and the ability to identify customer needsThe ability to relay complex legal information in a way customers can understandConfidence when presenting and a natural flare for engaging an audiencePractical IT literacy in a remote setting using Microsoft Office and ability to adapt to custom softwareA full UK driver's license with access to your own vehicleWe're actively building diverse teams and welcome applications from everyone.
