Essentials:

• Must have experience of working as a SEND Officer – annual review (if they have new assessment experience then that’s good too).
• Phase transfer
• People like jane Beenham and theresa smith will be good

Desirables:

• Working in the office, but this is a desirable not essential;

• New Assessment and Annual Review experience
• Hit the ground running
