Senior 3D Motion Designer (Partner Track)

Role Overview

As a Senior 3D Motion Designer at Fevral World, you will shape the visual direction of complex 3D-driven projects—from concept to final delivery. You’ll work closely with the creative director and collaborators to produce cinematic animations, product launches, brand films, world‑building visuals, and experimental digital content.

This role is built for someone who wants creative autonomy, decision‑making power, and the opportunity to earn based on the success of each project.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the full motion design pipeline: concept development, styleframes, storyboards, animation, lighting, rendering, and compositing.
• Create high‑end 3D visuals, simulations, and motion sequences for brand campaigns, digital products, and artistic projects.
• Work closely with the creative director on visual strategy, tone, and motion language.
• Help shape the studio’s visual identity, R&D pipeline, and technical standards.
• Collaborate with freelancers when needed, giving feedback and ensuring quality control.
• Manage deadlines and workflows with autonomy and accountability.
• Contribute ideas to business development, pitches, and concept decks.

Requirements

Must‑Have

• 5+ years experience in professional 3D motion design.
• Strong mastery of tools such as Cinema 4D, Blender, Houdini, Unreal Engine, or similar.
• Expertise in Redshift/Octane/Arnold or equivalent render engines.
• Excellent sense of timing, composition, aesthetics, and storytelling.
• Ability to own large parts of production independently.
• Strong portfolio showing cinematic motion, polished 3D work, and modern design sensibility.
• Entrepreneurial mindset — comfortable with % based compensation and partnership dynamics.

Nice‑to‑Have

• Experience with typography, art direction, or branding.
• Ability to build procedural systems, simulations, or technical pipelines.
• Interest in AI‑assisted workflows, R&D, or experimental visuals.
• Experience directing small teams or working with freelancers.

Compensation Model

This is not a traditional salary role. Fevral World operates on a revenue‑sharing model, meaning you earn a percentage of each project you contribute to, with potential for expanded equity or partnership role after consistent collaboration.
