This role
As an Account Executive, UK, you will work closely with our UK Sales Team and play a key role in driving new customer acquisition to accelerate towards our BHAG.
Key focus areas:
- Winning new business in the UK SME market.
- Managing a high‑volume, end‑to‑end sales cycle from prospect to close.
- Partnering closely with our SDR team to maximize opportunity conversion.
- Delivering a consistent monthly quota through high‑quality pipeline management.
Responsibilities include:
- Prospecting, pitching, demoing and closing new business across a wide range of verticals.
- Presenting to and negotiating with C‑suite and senior HR executives.
- Collaborating closely with SDRs to qualify and progress inbound and outbound leads.
- Hitting monthly revenue targets through consultative, value‑based selling.
- Contributing to a culture of learning, energy and high performance within the sales team.
Who you are

- A track record of managing and closing full sales cycles.
