Senior Account Executive
New Yesterday
Our mission is to make meaningful learning a part of your everyday life. The shelf life of our skills is now less than 5 years. So, if you stopped learning today, your skills would soon become irrelevant. Think that’s a big problem? You’d be right.
Enter HowNow. Founded in 2019, our Learning and Skills Platform is disrupting the way people learn and upskill through technology. Whether it's finding a quick answer, learning new skills, or tapping into shared knowledge, we make it easy for people to learn what they need, when they need it.
Already used by fast-growing scale-ups and global enterprises such as Trainline, Depop, and Sanofi, we’re pushing the boundaries of how people learn.
Hi, I'm Nelson, the CEO at HowNow. I’m looking for an experienced Senior Account Executive to join us.
There has never been a better time to join HowNow. From raising our Series A last year to signing our most exciting contract to date, we are growing and innovating fast, and you can be part of this journey.
We are looking for someone excited by change, who embraces the unknown, and loves to solve challenging L&D business problems our customers face.
Alongside opportunities to develop and grow your career, we're a fun and friendly team. Have a look at the video below to get a sense of what it's like to work here.
Day-to-day tasks will include:

- Managing the end-to-end sales cycle, with confidence in selling complex SaaS solutions, from prospecting to demonstrations and contracting.
- Collaborating with marketing on campaigns, nurturing strategies, and resources that inspire prospects to want to learn more.
- Networking and building influence on social networks, forums, and at in-person events.
The key qualities we look for in applicants:
- Experience selling and closing deals into Mid-Market/Enterprise accounts, with proven success managing, selling, and closing at leadership/executive levels.
- A consistent track record of delivering against a sizable quota of approximately £500k per annum.
- Experience selling complex SaaS solutions to L&D and/or HR leaders.
- Ability to 'multithread' deals by prospecting and managing diverse stakeholder sets in parallel.
- Passion for and knowledge of AI applications in Learning & HR technology, with a keen interest in innovation.
- Confidence in demonstrating a scalable sales methodology.
- Love for data and its use in prioritizing, planning, and learning.
- Organized, proficient in CRM tools like HubSpot, methodical, and capable of creating compelling business cases for customers.
- A growth mindset, love of learning, and openness to feedback.
