Meta is home to some of the most recognised platforms and technologies in the world—including Facebook, Instagram, WhatsApp, Meta Quest and Ray-Ban Meta smart glasses. As their global media agency of record, we’re responsible for helping shape how Meta shows up across markets and media channels worldwide.
This is a role for someone who thrives at the intersection of strategy, operations and global collaboration—a true planner with the curiosity, confidence and coordination skills to work across markets and media types.
The Role
As Global Planning Senior Executive, you’ll be a core part of our international team, supporting the day-to-day delivery of strategic planning, campaign coordination, and multi-market communication. You’ll liaise with regional teams, track campaign data and performance, lead status reports, and contribute to the ongoing improvement of how we work globally.
Working closely with our Global Account Manager and senior client partners, you’ll help ensure strategic media plans are clear, connected and delivered to the highest standards.
What You’ll Be Doing
Supporting the planning and coordination of global media campaigns for Meta
Working with market teams to gather plans, data, and performance insights
Helping to integrate online and offline media strategies across regions
Leading weekly client status reports and coordinating ongoing global deliverables
Ensuring accurate tracking and documentation of media plans and PCAs
Identifying opportunities to improve ways of working and streamline processes
Building strong relationships across internal teams and local market
What We’re Looking For
Some experience in a media agency or media-adjacent role (local or global account)
Excellent attention to detail and strong organisational skills
Confident communicator with a collaborative mindset and solution-first approach
Comfortable working with data, timelines and cross-functional teams
Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint; curiosity about media, culture and tech
A proactive team player who’s eager to learn, contribute, and grow in a global environment
Experience working with global clients or digital-first brands is a plus
