Kaishi is working with a Global Risk Data Technology startup to seek a Senior Account Executive to be part of their team in the UK. The role is remote first, with team members in UK, Asia and Australia. The person can expect frequent travel to London/ other European Cities for client engagements.
Key Responsibilities
- Drive Revenue Growth: Owning revenue targets for the UK & Europe markets.
- Lead Market Engagement: Craft high-quality go-to-market strategies and materials; initiate and maintain engagement with senior executives, along with risk, commercial, and technical stakeholders at prospective partners to secure business deals.
- Enhancing Sales Processes: Building on the foundations that have been established to further enhance the firm's approach to sales.
- Promoting the firm's Brand: Continuing to increase brand awareness in the key markets we operate in, with a primary focus on the UK & Europe.
- Marketing Support: Assisting in the initial build out of the marketing function.
- Prospect Advocate: Providing a bridge between our prospects and the product/technology teams - ensuring we are building what our future customers need.
Role Requirements
- 5+ years of experience as an account executive focused on revenue growth.
- Prior experience selling to acquirers, payment facilitators, Independent Sales Organisations and/or other types of payment companies.
- Experience selling in both the UK & western european markets.
- Evidence of hitting $1M+ personal annual revenue targets on a consistent basis.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively with the product team, risk team, and the management team.
- Experience working in a distributed, remote first environment.
Nice-to-Haves
- Experience working with the main card networks (Visa & Mastercard).
- Prior experience working closely with marketing functions.
- Have previously built regional sales teams from the bottom up.
- Experience in leading cross-functional teams or managing complex projects, demonstrating strong leadership and collaboration skills.
- Previous experience working with startups or a fast paced environment
