The role

We are looking for a Senior Account Manager to join our award-winning Retention Marketing Agency. You will play a crucial role in our client success, ensuring the successful delivery of our email & SMS services, for a wide range of leading ecommerce brands.

This role is pivotal in maintaining and nurturing relationships. You will take ownership of account management across our client portfolio, collaborating with our incredible Copy, Design & CRM teams to oversee the execution of all client tasks, ensuring timely delivery, clarity of communication and exceptional quality of service.

This role will require client-facing communication and the ability to delegate work among team members. You will also be responsible for client updates, working with our teams to strategically conceptualise marketing calendars, QA work and support with reporting.
