This role offers an exciting opportunity to lead client relationship management and drive strategic digital marketing initiatives within a fast-growing, innovative environment. You will act as the primary liaison for key clients, developing and executing tailored marketing strategies that align with their business goals. Working remotely from anywhere in the UK, you will coordinate cross-functional teams to deliver impactful campaigns, monitor performance metrics, and ensure continuous optimization. This position demands a blend of strategic thinking, hands-on execution, and excellent communication skills, all within a supportive and flexible remote work setting.
Accountabilities:
- Serve as the main point of contact for assigned clients, fostering strong and lasting partnerships
- Understand clients' business objectives and industry trends to offer insightful recommendations
- Develop and implement digital marketing strategies including SEO, SEM, social media, and email campaigns
- Oversee campaign execution, ensuring timelines and quality standards are met
- Coordinate with designers, content creators, and developers to deliver project goals efficiently
- Prepare and present detailed performance reports and actionable insights to clients
- Manage client budgets to ensure campaigns stay within financial limits
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field
- Proven experience in digital marketing account management, preferably in an agency environment
- Strong knowledge of digital marketing channels such as SEO, SEM, social media, and email marketing
- Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret data to inform decisions
- Outstanding communication and presentation capabilities
- Exceptional organizational skills and project management experience
- Competitive base salary of £60,000 with an on-target earnings (OTE) of £90,000
