Overview
Eames Group is hiring a personable, strategic, and driven Senior Account Manager to lead and grow key client relationships across Eames Group while overseeing a small team of Account Managers. This pivotal role focuses on building deep trust with clients, ensuring high standards of service delivery, and driving strategic growth within core accounts. You’ll act as the primary escalation point and trusted advisor for high-value clients, working cross-functionally with internal teams to ensure alignment, engagement, and a seamless client experience.
As a senior leader within the team, you’ll mentor and develop junior team members and report to key internal stakeholders on client performance, relationship health, and business development opportunities. Strong communication, commercial acumen, and leadership skills are essential.
What You’ll Do
- Lead and manage a portfolio of high-value client accounts, acting as their strategic partner
- Oversee and mentor a small team of Account Managers to support day-to-day account operations
- Build and maintain long-term, trust-based relationships with senior client stakeholders
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver client solutions that align with goals and expectations
- Report regularly to senior stakeholders on account growth, client health, pipeline activity, and team performance
- Identify, develop, and convert new opportunities within existing accounts to drive revenue and strengthen partnerships
- Influence internal collaboration and alignment to ensure consistent client engagement and delivery
- Represent client interests internally and help shape service delivery based on feedback and performance metrics
What You’ll Bring
- Proven experience in senior account management or client services, ideally within a consultancy or service-led environment
- Strong leadership capabilities with experience managing or mentoring a team
- Commercial mindset with a track record of growing client accounts and delivering business impact
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills, with the ability to influence at all levels
- A proactive, solution-oriented approach to challenges and opportunities
- Ability to manage competing priorities in a dynamic, fast-paced environment
- Confidence in reporting on business outcomes and client success metrics
- Insurance and Financial Services experience would be beneficial
