About Us
We’re a social-first agency helping brands cut through the noise with work that’s creative, strategic and rooted in culture. From content and paid media to influencers and campaigns, we build brands that people genuinely want to engage with.
We’re looking for a Senior Account Manager who’s as confident leading clients as they are shaping standout social work. Someone who brings strategic insight, creative curiosity and a partnership mindset to every conversation.
The Role
You’ll be the trusted lead across key client relationships – guiding the social strategy, driving best-in‑class delivery and helping clients see the bigger picture. This isn’t just about managing projects; it’s about building long‑term partnerships and leading with a point of view.
What You’ll Be Doing
Lead the Relationship
- Act as the senior day-to-day contact for clients, building trust through sharp thinking, proactive communication and strong commercial understanding
- Lead WIPs and client meetings with confidence and clarity, ensuring conversations are strategic, solutions-focused and forward‑looking
- Anticipate client needs and challenges, positioning the agency as a valued partner rather than a supplier
- Shape and steer social strategies that align with business goals, audience insight and cultural relevance
Strategic & Creative Delivery
- Oversee the development and delivery of social content – from campaign planning and creative briefing to publishing and performance
- Write and review copy that feels platform‑native and true to each brand’s voice
- Guide the paid social strategy across Meta (and ideally TikTok/LinkedIn) – from setup to optimisation and reporting
- Translate data into actionable insights, helping clients understand what’s driving performance and where to go next
Grow the Work & the Relationship
- Identify opportunities to grow accounts through new ideas, activations or strategic recommendations
- Support and lead on proposals, pitches and planning sessions
- Contribute to overall client satisfaction and account growth targets
- Bring a clear point of view on what good social looks like, helping elevate the agency’s creative and strategic output
Leadership & Mentorship
- Mentor and support junior team members (Account Managers, SAEs, AEs), helping them develop confidence and commercial awareness
- Delegate effectively, ensuring the right balance of ownership and support
- Lead by example, fostering a culture of proactive communication, creative bravery and accountability
What You’ll Bring
- 5+ years in a social‑first agency role, with proven experience managing complex client relationships
- Strong strategic understanding of organic and paid social, with hands‑on Ads Manager experience
- A track record of leading client comms, building trust and delivering impactful work
- Confident presenting and challenging ideas with insight and diplomacy
- Excellent copywriting and creative instincts
- Highly organised, commercially aware and proactive in finding solutions
- Experience mentoring and motivating others within a fast‑paced team environment
Why Join Us?
You’ll have the autonomy to lead client relationships, shape social strategy and deliver campaigns that make an impact. You’ll be a key player in growing both the work and the partnership, supported by a collaborative, ambitious team.
This is a role for someone who wants to step into a client partner mindset – guiding brands with confidence, creative flair and commercial awareness – and help define what social excellence looks like.
