THE ROLE
A key player in the Client Services team, leading on projects for global sports brand, you will be comfortable in managing the day to day demands of your clients. We’re looking for someone with a passion for sport & culture, bringing new ideas to the project that align with trends, in London and beyond. You would be joining a medium-sized team in a fast paced, exciting and creative environment, and be leading your own projects as well as working closely with a wider team.
What you will be doing:
- Lead client contact across several projects, it will be your responsibility to ensure tasks are completed within given timelines
- Ensuring you have a confident grasp of the strategy and creative on the projects you are driving, to act the first line of response for clients
- Day-to-day management of the project, leading client calls, maintaining the high standards expected from our clients
- Responsible for managing resources internally and presenting externally
- Manage status reporting internally and externally
- Responsible for successful interpretation of client brief into great creative and then successfully present creative output, ensuring senior sign off.
- Managing workload, calling out for support when necessary
- Ensure all creative follows sign-off processes
- Work collaboratively with a team of mixed disciplines to build and challenge ideas and executions
- Oversee production elements, leading on management of events where necessary
- Adhering to our local & environmental purchasing policies, reviewing the targets from our impact report.
About yourself:
- 4+ years’ experience in a similar Account Management or Senior Account Management role
- Experience in presenting to clients and relationship building
- Experience in delivering multiple mixed-media campaigns
- Experience in creating & managing presentations, across Google Suite, Microsoft or Keynote
- Competent in putting together estimates for simple projects
- Comfortable with financially tracking projects
- A wider interest in culture outside of work - bringing in new perspectives to the company
- Understanding of agency process
- Organised and methodical with high attention to detail
