Role Description
This is a full-time hybrid role for a Senior Account Manager located in Sheffield, with some work from home acceptable. The Senior Account Manager will be responsible for building and maintaining relationships with key clients, managing account operations, and driving growth. Duties include identifying client needs, providing tailored solutions, collaborating with internal teams, and ensuring client satisfaction. The role also involves strategic planning, performance tracking, and achieving sales targets.
Qualifications
- Client Relationship Management and Account Management experience
- Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
- Experience with strategic planning and performance tracking
- Background in IT services and solutions is a plus
- Proficiency in Microsoft products such as AI, Azure, Security, Dynamics 365, and Microsoft 365
- Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills
- Ability to work in a hybrid environment and manage time effectively
