Senior Account Manager – Havas Lynx, Manchester

Role Overview

As Senior Account Manager you are the lead contact for clients and the team, supporting the Account Director. You will deliver effective, profitable service to clients, manage projects through agency systems, liaise with internal teams, and oversee junior team members.

Key Responsibilities

  • Build trusting relationships with clients, positioning Havas Lynx as a strategic partner.
  • Immerse yourself in the client’s business to deliver quality campaigns.
  • Interpret client requests into accurate internal briefs.
  • Work with Operations to manage the production schedule and deliver on time and within budget.
  • Ensure quality control of work leaving the agency.
  • Assist the Account Director with financial interactions, ensuring good billing practices.
  • Partner with Insights & Planning to develop strategy for campaigns.
  • Identify and initiate new business opportunities with existing and new clients.

Qualifications & Experience

  • 3+ years in a similar account management role.
  • Healthcare industry experience preferred.
  • Experience with creative briefs, production and client accounts.
  • Client-facing experience, confidence and eagerness to learn.
  • Experience with Generative AI tools and data, and AI certifications (Coursera, LinkedIn Learning, etc.).

Additional Information

Hybrid working arrangement requires office attendance on Mondays, Tuesdays, and Thursdays. Location: Manchester. The role is not a graduate role.
