Senior Accounts Clerk (Flexible Hours)

We are working with an excellent engineering company who are looking for an experienced accounts/payroll assistant to join them on a full time, permanent basis. Due to this role reporting into the managing director and the main point of contact within the team it would suit an experienced senior accounts/payroll clerk or Bookkeeper.

Duties

  • Prepare accounts to trial balance
  • Full end to end payroll (in house - most monthly pay)
  • SMP/SPP/SSP
  • Dealing with staff expenses and holidays etc
  • Processing purchase invoices
  • Uploading and matching invoices
  • Bank reconciliations
  • VAT returns
  • Other adhoc administrative duties
