Your Responsibilities

  • Recruit new partnerships with digital, eCommerce, marketing agencies, system integrators, consultancies and industry bodies to extend Trustpilot's reach and achieve revenue goals.
  • Help shape Trustpilot processes and ways of working specific to the UK region.
  • Manage and create VAR relationships and develop business cases for new opportunities.
  • Act as a trusted advisor to agency partners, developing long‑term relationships and success plans.
  • Present and demonstrate Trustpilot’s proposition to prospects.
  • Generate and manage leads for Trustpilot products via your partner network.
  • Achieve revenue goals through partner development.
  • Maintain relationships with customers and partners to drive continued business success.
  • Collaborate with partners to solve issues, communicate needs and create synergy.
  • Manage and develop select VAR relationships.
  • Supervise Partner Managers within your region (if applicable).
  • Attend events, run Lunch & Learn sessions and webinars to strengthen partner relationships and generate leads.
  • Coordinate with Senior Global Strategic Partner Managers to leverage integrations in the region.
  • Work with marketing to drive programs and events that extend relationships to new prospects.
  • Provide input into partnership enablers such as the partners portal and sales materials.
  • Optimize Ways of Working between partnerships and other Trustpilot teams, especially New Business (Commercial).
  • Research and build new revenue opportunities through partnerships, collaborating across the organization.
  • Collaborate with the broader partnership team on ad‑hoc projects to enhance the team’s growth contribution.

Who You Are – Qualifications

  • Extensive experience building and maintaining agency partner relationships across mid‑market and enterprise.
  • Track record of consistently meeting and exceeding team and individual revenue targets.
  • Experience leading teams.
  • Strong collaborative skills with a proven ability to generate new business via partnerships.
  • Innovative thinking to drive new growth opportunities.
  • Deep understanding of the e‑commerce/SaaS space and familiarity with the HubSpot ecosystem.
  • Excellent presentation and education skills at all levels—from account managers to agency owners and executives.
  • Proven ability to collaborate with marketing to deliver joint partner propositions and programmes.
  • Ability to map out processes and ways of working.
  • Ability to build business cases.
