Degree-qualified (or equivalent) in Ecology, Environmental Science, or a related discipline Proven experience in ecological fieldwork and protected species surveys Holder of Natural England survey licences for at least two protected species Member (or working towards membership) of CIEEM Strong understanding of UK ecological legislation, policy, and best practice Excellent written and verbal communication skills Proactive, organised, and team-focused, with strong mentoring abilities Full UK driving licence and willingness to travel as require

Desirable :

EPS mitigation licence application experience Familiarity with GIS systems (e.g., ArcGIS) Previous experience in multi-disciplinary environmental projects Interest in business development and client relationship management
