  • You will lead on major projects and influence design direction and delivery.
  • You will gain experience across the full lifecycle, from early concepts through to handover.
  • You will contribute to sustainable and retrofit-focused design, tackling some of the most relevant challenges in today’s built environment.
  • You will benefit from structured mentoring, training, and development programmes to support your long-term progression.

If you want to make a meaningful impact, work on exciting central London projects, and develop your leadership skills in an award-winning, people-focused practice, this is the role for you.

About You

You will have experience preparing tender and construction packages, strong design ability, and the confidence to present ideas directly to clients. An interest in sustainable commercial design and retrofit trends will make you an ideal fit for this role.

What You’ll Be Working On

You’ll be joining a practice celebrated for delivering a wide variety of projects, including:

  • Large-scale mixed-use developments transforming underutilised urban sites into vibrant, sustainable communities
  • Masterplans for new buildings with high-quality, green spaces, and strong public realm connections
