The Role(s)…
We have several high level appointments to be made where the successful individuals will take the lead on flagship projects, overseeing large multidisciplinary teams and acting as the go-to for client relationships, project delivery, and design direction.
You will command a highly creative team as the visible project driver…ensuring world-class design solutions meet high commercial and technical standards.
What we are looking for…
- Proven leadership skills demonstrated on design-led infrastructure projects (aviation, rail, or transport-oriented) within the past 0 to 5 years.
- Experience working across RIBA stages, ideally in Revit (BIM) environments.
- Ability to lead and inspire multi-disciplinary teams on complex global projects.
- Previous experience operating in a client-facing role along with stakeholder management skills.
- ARB / RIBA registered and trained or previous experience working for UK firms.
